Return window: Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return: Email support@mamarketshop.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we’ll send instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
